  Coal-seam Gas Development and Utilization Project, is located in coal field area, Qin Shui County, Jin Cheng City, Shanxi Province, which is jointly invested by Shanxi energy estate Corp. limited liability company and China petroleum North-China oil-field branch company, Shanxi energy coal-seam gas investment charges share Ltd. for being in charge of construction, the main mark is two parts that are exploited and diffluenting of coal-seam gas. The total investment of project is 1,445,650,000 yuan. 

The project is Diffluence part project, the annual output of diffluence coal-seam gas 200,000 tons, the total investment of project is 245,650,000 yuan.
