The project is located in Lai Wu City, Shandong Province, building 2 X 300,000 kilowatts of domestic sub-crisis fire coal pyroelectricity output-related Units, after putting into production, providing   200 t/h of industry vapor and 15 million square metres of the heating ability, removing 107 sets of small boiler in the heating area relatively.

The total investment of project is 2,680,000,000 yuan, which is invested by Shandong Lu Neng developed Corp. Ltd. and Lai Wu City economy developing investment company to pay the money construction respectively according to 80% and 20% proportion.
